Stay with the questions.
A few answers to help you find the right way into the conversation.
Can I invite eKasi Theologies to speak or facilitate?
Yes. Tell us about the gathering, the people involved, the location, the question you are holding and what kind of accompaniment you are seeking.
Can I collaborate on research or documentation?
Write with the focus of your work, your location and the communities or questions you are accountable to. Research should begin with relationship and consent.
How can I support without giving money?
You can walk alongside communities, share skills, host a conversation, circulate the work, support practical needs or commit to staying accountable over time. Visit the Support Us page for more ways in.
How can I make a monetary gift?
Use the giving enquiry on the Support Us page. The team will confirm the appropriate secure payment or transfer option with you directly.
How long will a response take?
This is community-rooted work held by people with many commitments. We will respond as soon as possible, but please allow time for a thoughtful reply.
Can I visit a township community with the project?
Contact us first. Visits should be invited, purposeful and shaped by local consent rather than treated as open access to a community.
Do you work with schools, churches or universities?
We can explore relationships with institutions that are willing to listen, share power and remain accountable to the communities whose knowledge they engage.
Can I host a reading group?
Yes. Tell us where the group is, who will be part of it and which paper, theme or question you would like to explore.
Can you recommend a paper to start with?
Start with the Resources page and choose the question that feels closest to your concern. There is no required order; let the question lead you.
Can I quote or republish material from the archive?
Please ask first, credit the writer and eKasi Theologies clearly, and explain where and how the material will be used.
Do you accept volunteers?
Share your skills, availability and location through the contact form. We will respond when there is a meaningful and accountable way to involve you.
How do you approach photography and documentation?
Documentation should protect dignity and follow informed consent. People and communities are not content, evidence or scenery.
Can journalists request an interview?
Yes. Include your publication, deadline, focus and intended use. We will consider requests in relation to community safety and consent.
Can I support a specific gathering or need?
Yes. Describe the gathering or practical need in your message, and the team can advise whether a focused contribution is appropriate.
What happens after I send a message?
Your message opens an email enquiry to the team. We read it in context, follow up where possible and may ask for more information before agreeing to next steps.
